Counselling
Child & Youth Mental Health Services
Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) teams provide a range of mental health assessment and treatment options for children, youth and their families at no cost. CYMH is comprised of voluntary mental health services designed to support children and youth who experience significant difficulties related to their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Learn more.

Foundry offers young people ages 12-24 health and wellness resources, services and supports – online and through integrated service centres in communities across BC. Family Services of Greater Vancouver (FSGA)
Family Services offers professional, compassionate counselling and trauma services to individuals, and their families in Vancouver, Richmond, and New Westminster. FSGA has a counsellors who are professionally trained therapists in clinical social work and psychology. There is no fee for access, however you may require a referral from a social worker. Kelty Mental Health Resource Center
Kelty Mental Health provides mental health and substance use information, resources, and help with mental health system navigation to families across BC. Kids Help Phone
The Kids Help Phone is a counselling, referral and support service for children and youth under the age of 20 years old. Professional counsellors provide immediate and caring support to young people who are dealing with a problem, making a hard decision, or concerned with feelings or mood. HeretoHelp is a project of the BC Partners for Mental Health and Substance Use Information. Composed of a group of seven leading mental health and substance non-profit agencies, they have been working together to help people live well and better prevent and manage mental health and substance use problems. Bounce Back
BounceBack is a free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth over 15 manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry.
